Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, modify, and optimise emulsion explosive formulations for mining and blasting applications
Conduct laboratory testing, quality analysis, and performance evaluations on explosive products and raw materials
Troubleshoot product performance issues and recommend technical improvements based on field and laboratory data
Work closely with clients to understand operational challenges and customise explosive solutions accordingly
Conduct regular site visits to support product implementation, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance
Analyse blast results, product behaviour, and operational data to drive continuous product improvement
Collaborate with production, quality, and operational teams to ensure product consistency and compliance
