Job Description

• Define and perform DET characterization on hard disk Head/Media. Lead a group of Engineering Assistant, technicians and inspectors to perform Guzik Dynamic Electrical Testing (DET).
• Lead and supervise Engineers, Assistant Engineers, Engineering Assistants, Technicians, and Operators to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Perform full hands‑on operation, setup, and troubleshooting of Guzik DET machines or equivalent HDD component testing equipment, with strong knowledge of HDD head and media component testing algorithms.
• Ensure consistent machine uptime and adequate manpower planning to support continuous R&D and Mass Production (MP) operations.
