The Opportunity

We are looking for an R&D Validation and Certification Engineer to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will contribute to the validation, testing, and commissioning of advanced power conversion systems used in energy storage and photovoltaic applications. You will work in a modern laboratory environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary R&D team to ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance from concept to certification.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform commissioning tasks for power conversion and control systems interfacing with energy storage systems in the laboratory.
• Conduct technical analysis of logs, errors, signals, and metrics, generating clear and reusable reports to support engineering, quality, and certification processes.
• Study system stability and response to electrical transients (e.g. voltage dips, frequency disturbances, fault conditions...
