Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate residential, commercial properties and/or other real estate
- Research market data, comparable sales, and property records
- Prepare detailed and accurate appraisal reports
- Ensure compliance with appraisal standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Real Estate Management preferred but not a must
- Real Estate Appraiser License preferred but not a must
- Experience in property valuation and appraisal
- Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills
