JOB SCOPE:

The intern will learn to:

• Approach property owners and perform a sales pitch to potential prospects on the current projects
• Attend roadshows and travel to meet clients as required (no outstation travel)
• Brainstorm sales strategies with the team
• Assist the designated Team Leader on assigned duties
• Do research on the current trend, data, demographics, and other information on the projects
• Publish property listings on different types of property posting platforms, such as Property Guru, iProp...
