We‘re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the sales floor — meeting buyers, walking them through a site, and closing the deal. If you‘ve got 2–3 years of sales experience and a track record of hitting targets, read on.
What you‘ll do
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads
- Host site visits and present our property portfolio
- Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly targets
- Maintain customer records and prepare sales documentation
- Stay sharp on local real estate market trends
What we‘re looking for
- 2–3 years in sales (real estate or B2C preferred)
- Proven results — be ready to talk about deals you‘ve closed
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Comfortable with CRM / basic office tools
