Job Description

The Keystone Team is looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Transaction Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to serve as the engine behind our sales success. You will manage the entire contract-to-close process, ensuring clients experience a seamless transition from For Sale to Sold.
This is a multi-faceted role that requires a blend of administrative precision and proactive support. You are the primary liaison between agents, clients, escrow officers, and lenders. You will also provide direct support to the sales team by handling the technical and logistical aspects of the home-buying and selling process. When things get hectic, you are the calm in the storm, keeping every file compliant and every deadline on track.
This position is remote in the Philippines.
Compensation: $6,000 yearly
