The Reality Capture team is seeking a BIM Specialist with a strong background in architecture, structure, and MEP modeling to support the development of high-quality BIM deliverables from point cloud data.Responsibilities:Develop accurate BIM models from point cloud data (Scan to BIM) across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.Create BIM models with different Levels of Detail (LOD / LOI) according to project/client’s requirements.Ensure all deliverables comply with BIM standards, BEP specifications, and internal quality guidelines.Perform quality control to verify geometric and dimensional accuracy against point clouds.Produce technical documentation derived from the model (drawings, views, sections, etc.).Provide technical support to other team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering or related degree.+2 years of professional experience in BIM software and modeling tools.Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit (mandatory)Experience with AutoCAD, Na...
