Fugro Malaysia Marine is seeking an experienced Receptionist and Admin Support to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. This full-time role will play a key part in the overall company operations and strategy of our growing organisation.
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome and assist visitors and guests at the main reception, both in person and over the telephone;
- Maintain all aspects of office stationery supplies and coordinate couriers, both local and international;
- Arrange various office meetings/events, ensure smooth and on-time delivery, and refill kitchen consumables, keep kitchens tidy and maintain meeting rooms;
- Conduct inductions for visitors, manage building access passes and liaise with building management;
- Assist with various ad-hoc admin tasks and document formatting for other Fugro departments when requested;
