Job Description

Fugro Malaysia Marine is seeking an experienced Receptionist and Admin Support to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome and assist visitors and guests at the main reception, both in person and over the telephone.
  • Maintain all aspects of office stationery supplies and coordinate couriers, both local and international.
  • Arrange various office meetings and events, ensure smooth and on-time delivery, refill kitchen consumables, keep kitchens tidy and maintain meeting rooms.
  • Conduct inductions for visitors, manage building access passes and liaise with building management.
  • Assist with various ad‑hoc admin tasks and document formatting for other Fugro departments when requested.
  • Assist in managing office facilities when requested.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles is commonly preferred.
