About the role:
As our casual Receptionist you’ll assist with greeting and welcoming our guests giving them the best experience from arrival to departure. You’ll be part of a team handling check-in and check-out services and assisting guests with their requests throughout their stay.
In a typical day, you might:
Be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experienceAnswer the phone, forwarding calls to the relevant person or departmentSupport the Front of House Manager with administrative duties such as filing paperwork, booking taxis for guests or data inputting in our systemsLet our guests know about hotel room options, room rates, packages, promotions and available facilitiesMaximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote the hotel services and facilitiesLook after conference room guests, working with other departments to ensure a hig...
