At Cudham Shaws Outdoor Centre, we welcome hundreds of young people and volunteers each year for camps, activity days and outdoor adventures. From Scouts and Guides to schools and youth organisations, every visit starts at Reception — and that’s where our Reception Team plays a vital role.
We are looking for welcoming, organised and enthusiastic volunteers to join our Reception Team, primarily supporting Friday evenings and busy arrival periods across the site.
This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys meeting people, helping others and being part of a friendly outdoor centre environment.
As a Volunteer Reception Team Member, you will help welcome groups arriving onsite and ensure they have everything they need for a successful visit.
