We are looking for a professional and customer‑focused Cashier / Receptionist for a gentlemen’s salon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer‑service abilities, and experience managing salon reception and cashier duties.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointments and customer bookings.
- Handle cash, card payments and daily sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer relationship management.
- Coordinate with salon staff and assist with employee scheduling and management.
- Answer phone calls, inquiries and messages professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as required.
