Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.

+ Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a prompt and polite manner.

+ Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.

+ Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with meeting coordination.

+ Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

+ Perform data entry, filing, and other routine administrative tasks.
