Job Description
Front Desk Operations - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the relevant staff members.
Administrative Support - Assist in the preparation of office documents, forms, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
