Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting room schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualification - Grade 12
  • Own transport
  • Professional, friendly, and well-presented
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage
