Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy reception area, greet visitors, answer calls, and manage mail.
  • Provide clerical support such as preparing documents, reports and correspondence using ICT systems.
  • Manage school dinner processes, including payments and monitoring non‑payments.
  • Maintain records, process trip income, and update management information systems.
  • Provide general administrative support, communicating with parents and assisting students and staff.

Qualifications

  • Good standard of education including English and Maths.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and ICT systems effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with staff, pupils and parents.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Good organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
