Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members
  •  Provide a welcoming and professional first impression for callers and visitors
  • Support daily front desk operations for a team of 7 employees
  • Perform light administrative duties, including data entry and basic reporting
  • Assist with general office coordination tasks as needed
  • Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (basic to intermediate skills required)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
