Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Reception Management
- Visitor Control: Manage the entry and exit registration process for all visitors and guests.
- Guest Hospitality: Provide meeting support and professional reception services for clients and external guests.
- Inquiries & Incidents: Serve as the primary point of contact for the service help desk, handling general inquiries and front desk emergencies.
- Lost & Found: Oversee the front desk lost-and-found system for ID cards, lanyards, and personal belongings.
2. Mailroom & Logistics Administration
- Courier Services: Manage incoming and outgoing express deliveries, mail, and corporate documents.
- Expatriate Support: Assist expatriates with local SIM card registration and handle other urgent personal/professional requests.
