We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.


Responsibilities:

+ Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

+ Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

+ Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.

+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

+ Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination.

+ Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning.

+ Support internal teams with clerical and office-related duties as needed.

+ Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
