Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Family Camp RV Park, on Luke AFB AZ. This is a Flexible position with no quarantined hours or benefits. Responsibilities Receives and confirms campsite reservations by telephone, e-mail, and face to face contact and inputs them into the computer reservation system. Registers guests, assigns campsites, and checks IDs to ensure only authorized customers use the facility. Provides a variety of travel advice and information to customers about local and surrounding area. Maintains daily financial cashier reports, end of month inventory reports, occupancy reports and prepares welcome packages and reference material to assist customers. Informs patrons of all rules and regulations established for the facility. Uses tact and diplomacy to enforce rules as necessary.
