Job Description:

• Pay: $27–$32/hour (starting rate)


• Duration: 6-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget


• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (Fully Remote)


• Lead full-cycle recruitment for management, district, and regional roles by developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and identifying, engaging, and assessing top candidates using ATS tools, social media, and research methods.
