Job Title: Recruiter I

Hybrid position - 3 days onsite in MG. May need additional days onsite.

Pay Range: $22 to $25/Hour on W2

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in staffing/recruiting.



Responsibilities will include:

" High-volume recruiting and sourcing efforts for Medical Assembler roles, leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume management tools to efficiently screen, track, and hire candidates. Continuously evaluate recruiting workflows to eliminate non value-added activities and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring speed and quality.

" Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for manufacturing and medical device assembly positions, including community outreach, referrals, and event-based recruiting.
