Job scope:

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in staffing/recruiting.



Responsibilities will include:

" High-volume recruiting and sourcing efforts for Medical Assembler roles, leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume management tools to screen, track, and hire candidates efficiently. Continuously evaluate recruiting workflows to eliminate non value-added activities and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring speed and quality.
