Job Description

Join a large public healthcare organization supporting critical HR operations. This role plays a key part in driving recruitment efforts, partnering with leadership, and ensuring a strong pipeline of diverse talent.



Responsibilities:




  • Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidate pools

  • Conduct candidate pre-screening and assist with interview processes

  • Manage and track job postings and candidate submissions using electronic systems

  • Maintain and update recruitment data in PeopleSoft

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding hiring progress

  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events (virtual and in-person)
