Job Description
This role supports a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting team in hiring top talent across a retail store network. You will drive full-cycle recruiting for hourly and supervisor-level positions, from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding. You will contribute innovative ideas for engaging candidates, improving the recruiting experience, and leveraging technology and social media to position the organization as an employer of choice. This is a remote/hybrid position with initial onsite training and a strong possibility of permanent conversion for the right candidate.
Responsibilities

+ Conduct one-on-one phone screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications for open positions and select candidates to move forward to interviews with hiring managers.

+ Partner closely with hiring managers to create hiring timelines, align on priorities, and schedule interviews for open roles.
