Pay Range: $35hr - $45hr
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and negotiating offers. Recruit and source candidates using multiple techniques such as internal and external databases, job postings, networking, social media platforms, and advanced internet searches. Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs while ensuring quality and timely hiring. Provide a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies while guiding managers accordingly. Track recruiting progress within the applicant tracking system to ensure metrics and goals are achieved. Operate with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
