Job Title: Recruiting Specialist
Location: Toms River, NJ
Type: Contract to Hire
Compensation: $41,400 - $49,920
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:


+ Sourcing and recruiting production and manufacturing candidates

+ Evaluating and assessing potential candidates

+ Interviewing prospective candidates

+ Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent

+ Ensuring all employees have met compliance requirements

+ Build employee/manager relationships

+ Generating leads and market intelligence

+ Responsible for the coordination, documentation, and tracking of new employees

+ Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues

+ Conduct new hire orientation and employee onboarding

+ Provide timecard support

+ Handle employee grievances and attendance concerns
