Sourcing and Screening

  • Supports the TA Consultants in sourcing for candidates via LinkedIn, and other platforms. 
  • Support the TA Consultants in CV Screening of applications received either via employee referrals, email and or AIA career Site.

    • Interview Scheduling

  • Supports the TA Consultants on scheduling interviews with the line Manager. This will means coordinating schedules between the candidates and the AIA Ph interviews.
  • Supports the TA Team in setting up F2F Interviews and/or a Recruitment Event at AIA PH when needed.

    • Other Ad Hoc Activities

  • Supports the TA Team for other recruitment related activities.
