Job Description

The role of a Recruitment Administrator
  • Support the in-house Sanctuary Supported Living Talent team by providing end-to-end recruitment administration

  • Manage vacancy requests from hiring managers through to appointment

  • Create and publish job adverts and oversee compliance and pre-employment checks

  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, communicating by phone, email and text

  • Deliver excellent customer service while liaising with multiple internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes in a fast-paced, varied role
  • Skills and experiences

  • Experienced administrator, ideally with a background in recruitment or HR

  • Strong IT skills, including databases and MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
