Job Summary A leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) headquartered in Taiwan is establishing a new factory in Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Compliance Specialist who will be responsible to manage end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign hires, administer all work passes/visas, ensure full MOM compliance, and lead orientation/onboarding.
Key Responsibilities - Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Draft and post job ads; comply with Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) requirements
- Source, screen, shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference/background checks and medical examinations
- Manage offer acceptance, negotiations, and hiring timelines
- Build talent pipelines for future needs
- Work Pass & Immigration Administration (Singapore)
