As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting great people with great opportunities. You’ll work closely with both candidates and clients while learning all aspects of the recruitment process.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Speaking with candidates via phone and email. Screening resumes and conducting interviews
Coordinating job placements and candidate onboarding. Building and maintaining client and candidate relationships. Writing job advertisements and updating databases. General administration and recruitment support
