Job Description
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure agreements for recruitment services.
- Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Candidate Sourcing & Management
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and suitability.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates regarding job opportunities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
