Qualifications

Minimum

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle

Preferred

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Marketing
• Recruitment or sales certification (e.g., SAPS, IRE, SABPP) is advantageous

Experience

• 1–5+ years’ experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales
• Experience in permanent, contract, or temporary placement is preferredTrack record of achieving targets and managing client/candidate relationships
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Excel-based CRM)
