Responsibilities
The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of:
- Conduct business development activities to build healthy number of clientele’s base.
- Monitor and fulfill clients’ job order
- Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and candidates to achieve high retention
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process between clients and candidates, including providing professional advice to clients and candidates
- Source and secure new clients and/or job positions actively
- Service existing client accounts to meet their business and operational needs
- Engage in data mining and research to identify new leads and market trend
- Meet agreed KPI and sales targets
