Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY: - Closely follow up leads/ enquiries (household employers)
- Sourcing and matching of candidates (domestic workers/ caregivers)
- Sales closure and order fulfilment
- Provides above and beyond customer service pre and post sales
- Customer management
- Support company marketing campaigns
- Active involvement in CSR (corporate social responsibility) event
REQUIREMENTS - Ability to learn, and continuously improve one’s skills and knowledge.
- Sincere and empathetic in dealing with stakeholders (clients, candidates, colleagues & etc)
- Open and sensitive to people with different cultures and backgrounds
- Enjoy dealing with people
- High level of integrity
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Multi-lingual to handle candidates from different nationalities is advantageous
