This role is focused on identifying potential candidates, sending pre-written outreach messages through LinkedIn and email, and helping direct interested candidates to the recruiter's calendar. The ideal candidate is fast-moving, organized, coachable, and comfortable being measured on daily activity goals.
Recruiting experience is helpful but not required. This is a strong opportunity for someone with research, outreach, lead generation, or sales experience who is interested in growing into a fuller recruiting role over time.
