Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 CAD

THE ROLE

This is a role with genuine scope and responsibility. As a Recruitment Director embedded on-site with a leading global biopharma client, you’ll lead the talent function that sources the scientists, specialists, and support professionals behind life-changing medicines and vaccines. You’re not just filling roles — you’re enabling the work that matters.

You’ll manage a team of circa 8 people and serve as the senior recruitment voice within the client business — a trusted partner to leaders, a visible presence on-site, and the person who sets the standard for how great hiring gets done.
