We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts within a fast-paced Consumer Products manufacturing environment. This is a fully onsite position, working onsite five days per week, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across a variety of functions, with a strong focus on staff-level and operations roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles
