As we scale - we are recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to drive sales growth, lead the team and strengthen our systems for the next phase of expansion. Drive business development by securing new clients and growing existing accounts.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth plans.
Improve recruitment processes and implement best-fit systems/software.
Track and analyze sales and recruitment metrics to optimize performance.
Strengthen employer branding and market presence through initiatives and partnerships.
Coordinate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs and align resources.
Build strong networks with HR professionals, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
