Job Description
Responsibilities - Full spectrum of recruitment and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, short listing of candidates, staff orientation and also exit interviews
- HR administration – leave administration, staff exits, update handbook
- Administer employee medical benefits and related insurance claims and issues
- Participate in HR / Admin related activities
- General administrative duties
- Monitoring of stationeries and beverages supplies, ensure good housekeeping of office, etc
- Assist in processing quotations, invoicing, filing, etc
Requirements - Proficient in MS Office including MS Outlook / Word / Powerpoint
- Must possess at least NITEC / Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years working experience in similar position
