Job Description

The Recruitment Officer is overall responsible in delivering all facets of recruiting successthroughout the organization.

The Recruitment Officer reports directly to the Team Leader, Crewing & Recruitment in Manila,Philippines.

The main duties are:

1. Responsible for liaising with Planning department regarding recruitment requirements.

2. Accountable for ensuring that applicants meet the minimum requirements as per STCWand company recruitment matrix.

3. Responsible for conducting initial interviews and background checks.

4. Accountable for ensuring the administration of I-Test to applicants.

5. Accountable for ensuring that required documents and certificates are updated inMariapps.

6. Prepare applicant requirements and endorse for technical interview.

7. Accountable for ensuring that the technical interview of applicant is carried out.
