Your Role

• Identify potential and self initiatively improve the existing processes by contributing ideas being a team player
• Consultant for managers in matters of the recruitment process and to clarify non-standard inquiries
• Ensure adherence of SLAs with the services delivered in terms of timing and quality
• Fully responsible for the end to end recruitment process
• Organize work schedule planning and ensure service continuity according to SLAs with the HRBP and Hiring Manager Work side by side with the team to accomplish the monthly goal in terms of vacancies and ER activities

Your Skills

• Fluent English
• Experience working in recruitment areas, at least 3 years
• Experience managing end to end processes, among different areas
• Bachelor's degree, needed
