Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to work closely with the Recruitment Partner and oversee recruitment activities across an Abu Dhabi office. This role will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and requires a highly capable recruitment professional with broad, multi-functional experience. The ideal candidate will be able to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performing environment while delivering high- quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, across a broad range of roles such as Legal, Human Resources, Investment Technology, and Executive leadership.
