Drive proactive sourcing, tight stakeholder partnerships and seamless candidate journeys to deliver quality hires at pace.
What you'll do - Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities, social media and referral networks to build strong talent pipelines.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers — consult on hiring plans, role design, market intelligence and competitive salary positioning.
- Create a compelling candidate experience from first contact through onboarding: timely communications, clear expectations and strong employer‑brand representation.
- Use and maintain our ATS and data tools to track pipelines, report metrics (time-to-fill, source quality, conversion rates) and continuously improve processes.
