We consider recruitment as the 'engine room' to Monadelphous and due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will take ownership of recruitment activities, supporting diverse portfolios across our Divisions. You'll join a high-performing, collaborative team that manages blue collar and trades recruitment for shutdowns, and maintenance operations, renewables projects and engineering & construction projects across the Eastern Region.
