Assist the Labor Operation Supervisor/General Manager in the administration of the day-to-day Operations of the Cooperative. Focus on the Human Resources/Recruitment function. Carries out a hands-on monitoring of Member-Workers in their respective station; assists in the recruitment and efficient delivery of member-workers' service income; ensures Members' compliance with Cooperative rules, policies, and regulations; properly handles Member-Workers grievances, development, benefits, and Disciplinary Actions.
