Overview
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensures a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer coordination
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and position qualifications
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, referrals, job fairs, and recruitment agencies
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
