Objective: Supportthe Talent Acquisition process for the site to develop a diverse workforce to meet the needs of the plant within budget constraints.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment strategies in ensuring vacancies are filled within timeline
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for a wide range of roles.
- Develop and drive employer branding/ Graduate Trainee Program to engage early career talent via campus career fair/ career talk and other events.
- Maintain a good relationship with vendors orrecruitment agencies.
- Monitor the budget and manpowerplanning for the hiring/recruitment and manages actual against the plan.
- Work with hiring managers to create clear and comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role.
