Drives Operational Excellence and ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of his/her direct reports. Supervisor also resolves work performance deviation and help each team members motivated, productive and high performing. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish strong partnership and propel hiring performance.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute hiring strategies to hit daily targets.
• Present hiring plans in leadership and business review meetings.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners to ensure CPH is within target.
• Drives and ensures 100% fill rate of all the ramps in the PH Hiring Calendar.
• Monitor and audit the compliance rate for his/her respective site.
• Collaborate with Training, Ops and Quality team about EWS (Early Warning Signs) to review the profiles of the candidates.
